The founders of Variant Inc. individually have over 30 years of experience in their respective areas of expertise.
A wide variety of experience and knowledge of the offshore technology sectors has been gathered over those years. The majority of that experience was focused in the areas of ocean engineering, physical oceanography, marine geology, terrestrial/ marine surveys, onshore/offshore construction, environmental reviews, and regulatory permits as relates to the Submarine Fiber Optic Cable Systems, Department of Defense, and the Oil/Gas Industries.
Over the past six years the principals of Variant Inc. have been solely responsible for, and/or significantly involved in the design, permitting, and installation of over 7,400 kilometers of submarine fiber optic cable.
